Sgt. 1st Class Justin Bainbridge, an instructor with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, provides familiarization training on the M8 Carbine to Capt. Glen Hartford, aide to the Army Enterprise Marketing Office Chief. Bainbridge is the team chief for the USAMU’s Instructor Training Group, which provides customizable marksmanship training to units across the force as mobile training teams.
The USAMU ITG plays a critical role in ensuring Soldiers are ready to employ the NGSW with confidence and precision when they provide detailed training to fielding units.
