(260313-N-KP445-1064) NAVAL STATION NORFOLK The Whidbey Island-class dock landing ship, USS Tortuga (LSD 46) departs Naval Station Norfolk for sea trials March 13, getting underway for the first time since 2014. Tortuga is in the final stages of a yearslong modernization project contracted by BAE Systems, managed by Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center.
