Brig. Gen. Vincent A. Coglianese serves ice cream to the children and mentors of the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton during their four-day Good Grief Camp here, June 14. The children enjoyed pizza and ice cream as United States Vice President Joe Biden visit and spoke to them about the hardships they face and coping with the loss of a loved one. Coglianese is the base commanding general and regional authority for five military installations in the Southwestern United States.
