Army Reserve Sgt. Eric Nobles, a motor transport specialist assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 362nd Quartermaster Battalion, 207th Regional Support Group, plays the role of a driver in a virtual reality combat training program called Virtual Battle Space during his unit’s annual training at the Mission Training Complex at Fort Hood, Texas, June 10. The unit was practicing virtual convoy operations using a virtual reality system which allowed soldiers to interact in combat scenarios by controlling an avatar. Nobles and 12 other soldiers received training on the VBS and Dismounted Soldier Training System for two weeks in June as part of their annual training requirements. (Official U.S. Army Photo by Sgt.
