U.S. Marines with 2nd Force Reconnaissance Company, 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, load a Combat Rubber Raiding Craft onto a submarine off the coast of Augusta, Italy, Feb. 22, 2026. The Marines and sailors loaded the CRRC onto the submarine during exercise Dynamic Manta 26. Dynamic Manta is a NATO lead exercise aimed to provide all participants with complex and challenging warfare training to enhance their interoperability and proficiency in anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare disciplines.
