Ronald Rumfelt, Commander, Naval Aviation Schools Command (NASC), presents the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (MOVSM) award ceremony to Ensign Zachary Jon Linder onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla., on Mar. 10, 2026.
