The stress shoot requires competitors to move between firing positions while engaging multiple targets against the clock. Utah National Guard Best Warrior Competition is an annual event that brings together Soldiers and Airmen from the major commands to compete for the title of Soldier/Airman-of-the-Year, Noncommissioned Officer-of-the-Year, and Senior NCO-of-the-Year.
