U.S. Army Spc. David Wilkinson repeats the oath of enlistment during a promotion ceremony March 3, 2026. Formerly an 11B Infantryman, Wilkinson received full relief from the Department of War, after being reinstated under the COVID-19 reinstatement program, including backpay, entitlements, benefits, constructive service credit, and promotion to specialist. He is now training as a 68W Combat Medic as he continues his career in the Army.
