Joel Picker, cavalry scout, Troop B, 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, places a love-charged heart within his 2-year-old daughter's bear, as Josie looks on with wonder during the 2nd BCT Build-a-Bear Workshop at Fort Carson on June 14. The heart, as well as a pressure-activated voice recording of her father, are some of the ways that the personalized bear will help her while their Soldiers deploy to Iraq this fall.
