Tapanan and Her are both survey team members assigned to the 103rd Weapons of Mass Destruction - Civil Support Team, Alaska National Guard. The WMD-CSTs are National Guard units trained to provide specialized response capabilities to CBRN incidents where the intentional or unintentional release of hazardous substances result, or could result, in the catastrophic loss of life or property.
