Soldiers finish out an “Elite Hero Workout of the Day” with an extended squat hold led by 15th Signal Brigade’s Command Sgt. Maj. Nathaniel Piper. Hosted by Company E, 551st Signal Battalion, the workout was intended to honor Sgt. Declan J. Coady, a Signaleer who was killed in support of Operation Epic Fury on March 1.
