Angie Cartagena, a Soldier with the 108th Multifunctional Medical Battalion, performs preventive maintenance checks and services on a High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle prior to using it as part of the Forest Park St. Patrick's Day parade in Forest Park, Ill., on March 7. The parade is among Forest Park's most popular events and Forest Park is a key recruiting community for the Illinois National Guard.
