David H. Dentino, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Housing and Partnerships was the keynote at Fort Belvoir's groundbeaking ceremony for Young Village, March 5. Dentino said these 200 new officers' homes will honor Army history with the naming of this village in remembrance of BG Charles Young.
