The 2025 Battle of the Bases awards are displayed during the 2025 Battle of the Bases awards ceremony at Lejeune Hall on MCB Quantico, Virginia, March 3, 2026. The MCB Quantico Softball Team has won the Battle of the Bases 2 years in a row. The Battle of the Bases is a military softball tournament, hosted by the Washington Nationals baseball team at the Nationals Park Stadium, and serves as an extension of the intramural season of each of the military bases in the National Capital region. “I appreciate that all of you are willing to do your own time to put in the effort,” said U.S. Marine Corps Col.
