U.S. Air Force loadmasters assigned to the 353rd Special Operations Wing release a memorial wreath from an MC-130J Commando II over the coast of the Philippines, Feb. 26, 2026. The wreath was dropped near the approximate crash site of a 1st Special Operations Squadron MC-130E Combat Talon I, call sign STRAY 59, which crashed during exercise SPECWAREX 81 in 1981.
