Virginia National Guard Soldiers assigned to the Staunton-based 116th Mobile Brigade Combat Team, 29th Infantry Division conduct new equipment training on two medium-range reconnaissance unmanned aerial systems Feb. 24, 2026, at Fort Pickett, Virginia. The Soldiers are assigned to the brigade’s multi-functional reconnaissance company, part of the 116th’s transformation from an infantry brigade combat team to a MBCT.
