Australian Lt. Luke Ebneter, along with representatives from multiple Asia-Pacific nations, observe the opening ceremony video to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief and Military Medicine Exercise (AHMX) at the Multinational Coordination Centre in Muara, Brunei Darussalam, June 17. More than 2,500 multinational personnel from 18 Asia-Pacific nations are participating in the ASEAN exercise, which provides a platform for regional partner nations to address shared security challenges, strengthen defense cooperation, enhance interoperability and promote stability in the region. Ebneter is an engineer planner with 2nd Combat Engineer Regiment, Australian Defence Force.
