FB: Measles is an extremely contagious and potentially severe viral illness. It spreads through the air when someone coughs or sneezes, and up to 9 out of 10 people nearby can become infected if they’re not protected. Measles often starts with high fever, cough, runny nose, and red, watery eyes. Small white spots inside the mouth may appear next, followed by a red rash that begins on the face and spreads down the body. Talk to your healthcare provider about the MMR vaccine. If you think you or a family member may have measles, contact your healthcare provider right away for guidance and timely care. https://www.dvidshub.net/news/556752/spot-dot-measles-vaccination-recommended-nhb #DefensePublicHealth #MilitaryHealth #PreventMeasles
