Razz Waff, the commanding general of the 99th Regional Support Command, U.S. Army Reserve, headquartered at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., fires a ceremonial canon following the opening of the new “Soldier Life” exhibit at Fort Mifflin in Philadelphia, June 15, 2013.
