U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District teams complete a series of pipes and stormwater diversions to prevent interruptions to DC Water pumping operations necessary to continue critical emergency repairs. These efforts, designed and installed in just a week's time, help mitigate precipitation and snow melt runoff through contaminated areas in the vicinity of the spill.
