1st Armored Division conducts E3B training and testing at Fort Bliss from Jan. 15–30, 2026, giving qualified Soldiers the chance to earn the E3B. The E3B program validates individual Soldier expertise in fundamental warrior tasks and skills, and fosters a culture of excellence and professionalism in Army units.
