A U.S. Army soldier wearing ACU (Army Combat Uniform) with a U.S. flag patch is kneeling on grass, examining a simulated casualty during what appears to be a multinational medical training exercise. The casualty has a visible simulated wound on their leg and is holding a red triage card marked 'IMMEDIATE'. Personnel from at least two different military forces are present, including what appears to be a Southeast Asian military member wearing green digital camouflage.

U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Andrew Stedman, center, explains his diagnoses for a simulated casualty during the Force Integration Training (FIT) Program for the upcoming Association of Southeast Asian Nations Defence Ministers Meeting (ADMM) – Plus ASEAN Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief and Military Medicine Exercise (AHMX) at Berakas, Brunei Darussalam, June 13. During the FIT training, participants from several nations discussed their different standard operating procedures for dealing with patients, and also worked together to determine care for simulated casualties. Stedman is a combat medic with 1984th United States Army Hospital.
