U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Christian F. Wortman, commanding general of I Marine Expeditionary Force, gives remarks during a change of command ceremony for 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Feb. 27, 2026.
