U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Jacob Sinclair with Echo Company, 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, leads Marines with Echo Company through warm-up exercises before a company motivational run at Marine Recruit Depot San Diego, California, Feb. 26, 2026. The company motivational run is a three-mile cadence run conducted around the depot and is the last physical training event the Marines will conduct before they graduate from MCRD San Diego.
