A tiltrotor aircraft, identifiable as a Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey, is hovering in landing approach over a naval vessel's flight deck. Several flight deck crew members in colored safety vests and helmets are positioned on the deck observing or guiding the aircraft. The overcast sky and open ocean horizon confirm an at-sea naval operation.
