U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Ryan Taylor, 81st Training Wing command chief, presents a certificate to Staff Sgt. Alexis Gonzalez-Blessman, 81st Security Forces Squadron flight sergeant, during the Warrior of the Week presentation at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, Feb. 25, 2026. During a high-tempo deployment operation, she skillfully managed the integration of nine new Airmen. She devoted over 60 hours to their professional development, resulting in all subordinates passing their duty position evaluations. Gonzalez-Blessman scored 100% on her evaluation while assuming the responsibilities of a flight sergeant.
