JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM – The Honorable Brendan Rogers, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Energy, Installations and Environmental, is briefed by Rear Adm. Brad Collins, commander, Navy Region Hawaii, on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Feb. 19, 2026. During his visit to Hawaii, Honorable Rogers assessed key Navy facilities, including JBPHH, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility, and Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands on Kauai to identify and prioritize critical infrastructure improvements.
