Builder 2nd Class Jacob Arnold, stationed with Public Works Department Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command in Washington, D.C., rolls equipment cases from the loading dock to the stage of North Syracuse Junior High School in Syracuse, New York, in preparation for the United States Navy Concert Band’s performance. Brewer is one of two Seabees on temporary assignment supporting the Navy Band on their 2026 tour through the Northeast, transporting Navy equipment valued at $500,000 over 1,800 miles in 14 days.
