Ashley Penn, NHCP director for mental health, the accreditation certificate from The Joint Commission for the hospital’s Behavioral Health Care and Human Services Accreditation Program during the hospital’s monthly Culture of Safety, Innovation and Process Improvement, Navigating Standards, and Quality Outcomes (CINC) meeting on Feb. 25. 2026. Penn’s program achieved zero findings or requirements for improvement (RFIs) during the on-site survey Feb. 10-13, 2026. According to their website, the mission of The Joint Commission is, “to enable and affirm the highest standards of healthcare quality and patient safety for all.”
