ATLANTIC OCEAN - (Feb. 23, 2026) A U.S. Navy MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 50, lands on the flight deck of Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Thomas Hudner (DDG 116) during flight deck operations while underway in the Atlantic Ocean, Feb. 23, 2026. Thomas Hudner is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations to support the warfighting effectiveness, lethality and readiness of U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, and defend U.S., Allied and partner interests in the region.
