Brig. Gen. Williams, Assistant Adjutant General – Army, Illinois Army National Guard, presented Maj. Spencer Ervin, 65th Troop Command Brigade (TCB) OIC/XO, with the prestigious Order of the Sphinx during the Illinois National Guard Military Intelligence Workshop Feb. 24 in Springfield. Awarded by the Military Intelligence Corps Association, the Order of the Sphinx recognizes sustained excellence and significant long-term contributions to the Military Intelligence Corps. Maj.
