Family Readiness Group (FRG) representatives visit a group of U.S. Army South Carolina National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 1st Battalion, 178th Field Artillery Regiment, 263rd Army Air and Missile Defense Command activated in support of D.C. Safe and Beautiful Task Force, Washington, D.C., Feb. 10, 2026. The purpose of this type of engagement is to enhance morale and reinforce the bond between Soldiers, families, and their communities.
