U.S. Air Force pararescuemen assigned to the 82nd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron and members of the Spanish Special Naval Warfare Force receive instruction on Tactical Combat Casualty Care during a joint training event at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Feb. 19, 2026.
