    U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Noah Clinton, a logistics specialist with 2nd Distribution Support Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, fires an M16A4 service rifle at a cold weather live-fire range in preparation for exercise Cold Response 26 in Elvegardsmoen, Norway, Feb. 19, 2026. Marines and Sailors increased weapon proficiency, confidence and lethality by implementing their knowledge of cold weather gear in conjunction with live-fire maneuvers in an austere environment.
