U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Kyle Brunell, Command Sgt. Maj. of the 68th Theater Medical Command, gives a welcome speech to U.S. and German service members before the 2026 German American Friendship Days competition begins at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Feb. 20, 2026.
