The Carteret County Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee holds its John C. Beitz Service
Person of the Quarter award luncheon at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Feb. 18, 2026. During
this quarter, the Carteret MAC recognized and awarded U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Ethan Doyle, an
administrative clerk with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, MCAS Cherry Point, U.S. Navy Petty
Officer 3rd Class Gabriella Tellez, a hospital corpsman assigned to Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point, and
U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Hannah Elliot, a yeoman assigned to U.S. Coast Guard Station
Fort Macon in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, with a cash award and other gifts for their volunteer work
