Leaders and staff from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers oversee BMGR-1 project construction and bollard installation Feb. 9 near Yuma, Arizona. The BMGR-1 border barrier project spans approximately 15 miles, replacing older fencing with steel bollard barriers.
