Maj. General Eric Shirley, the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, Cmd. Sgt. Maj. Jason Gusman, Mr. Mark Aiken and his family enjoy comments from members of the 407th Army Field Sustainment Brigade at his retirement ceremony at Ft. Hood, Texas Feb. 20th, 2026. Mr. Aiken is retiring from his position as the Deputy Commander of the 407th and served in the U.S. Army as an officer and civilian for a combined total of 46 years. The 407th AFSB is headquartered at Fort Hood and provides comprehensive logistics, maintenance, and sustainment support to Army units and joint forces across the globe. (U.S. Army photo by Maj.
