Lt. Tynisia Darby-Rahming is presented with the Civilian Service Commendation Medal for exceptional civilian service as Supervisory Detective to the Directorate of Emergency Services from Nov. 2004-Feb. 2026.
On Feb. 18, 2026, members of the Fort George G. Meade Garrison team came together to honor the retirement of four civilian employees: Lt. Tynisia Darby-Rahming, Officer Robert Harvey, Mr. Thomas Easton and Mr. Michael Langan. These civilians gave years of dedicated service to the government and made a lasting impact to our community.
