The North Dakota Army National Guard's state aviation officer, Jerry M. Anderson, was promoted to colonel during a ceremony today at the Army Aviation Support Facility in Bismarck. As the state aviation officer, he is responsible for all North Dakota Army National Guard aviation operations, maintenance, logistics and safety.
