Rear Adm. Richard S. Lofgren, acting Chief of Navy Reserve, climbs into the cockpit an F/A-18F Super Hornet, assigned to Fight Squadron Composite Twelve (VFC-12), during a familiarization flight at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia on Feb. 17, 2026.
