MU2 Kevin Clancy, trombone, and MU3 Benito Medrano, french horn, provide musical enrichment for the orcas at Sea World. Sea World frequently uses live music as a form of enrichment for the orcas as they can sense the vibrations created by the instruments.
Members of Navy Band Southwest’s Harborside Brass Quintet and 32nd Street Brass Band performed numerous concerts around Sea World San Diego on February 15, 2026 as part of the park’s Presidents Day and Military Appreciation weekend.
