U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 25th Infantry Division maneuver Infantry Squad Vehicles into designated positions inside the cargo hold of a Military Sealift Command roll-on/roll-off vessel during vessel loading operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Feb. 13, 2026. Soldiers ground-guide the vehicles to ensure proper alignment and safe sequencing as equipment is staged for transport in support of Operation Pathways and upcoming partnership rehearsals in the Philippines, positioning combat-credible forces and equipment forward to strengthen interoperability and deterrence throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
