The cargo bay of a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 128th Air Refueling Wing, Wisconsin Air National Guard, is prepped for flight at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Jan. 16, 2026. A cargo deck above the refueling system can hold a mixed load of passengers and cargo.
