SAN DIEGO (Feb. 05, 2026) After 25 years of active-duty service and 17 years devoted to supporting Sailors, Marines and their families, as Director of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) onboard Naval Base San Diego (NBSD), Mr. Barry White, left, retired Feb. 5, 2026.
