Shayla Deitch, 100TO.3 Innovation and Tech Insertion division head, explain uses of the iLab to Liz Miranda, executive deputy to the commanding general of the U.S. Army Materiel Command, during a tour at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility on Feb. 2, 2026. The tour provided PHNSY & IMF and the AMC a valuable opportunity to collaborate on enhancing the logistical efficiencies for both commands. PHNSY & IMF’s mission is to keep the Navy’s fleet “Fit to Fight” by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships. Strategically located in the heart of the Pacific, it is the most comprehensive fleet repair and maintenance facility between the U.S. West Coast and the Far East. (U.S. Navy photo by Kenny Jones)
