U.S. Army Green Berets assigned to 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) assist partner forces of Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Bahamas, Belize, Guyana and Barbados by conducting preliminary marksmanship drills on 6 FEB 2026 at Kingston, Jamaica. Co-hosted by the Jamaican Defense Force, Canadian Special Operations Forces Command and United States Special Force Operations Command South, Tropical Dagger is a long-standing, professionally coordinated multinational training activity conducted since 2012. The exercise strengthens interoperability, enhances regional security cooperation, and contributions to continental defense by enabling Caribbean partners to develop the skills and capabilities necessary to prevent and respond to transnational criminal activity.
