El Paso, Texas, native Army Reserve Spc. Jamie Woodside watches as theater-provided equipment instructor Mike Forcier adjusts the antenna of an AN/PRC 117G Tactical, point-to-point radio at the Army Reserve Training Center June 2 on Fort Gordon, Ga. Woodside, a cable systems installer with the 490th Signal Company (Tactical Installation Networking - Enhanced) participated in annual training exercises May 18 through June 7 in preparation for a deployment to Afghanistan later this year. The 490th SC is located in Blacklick, Ohio, and part of the 359th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade.
