From Jan. 26–30, 2026, the 79th Theater Sustainment Command and the 377th TSC cohosted a Culinary Specialist Sustainment Training at the George W. Dunaway Army Reserve Center in Sloan, Nevada.
Sustainment training increases overall readiness by providing hands-on instruction with Army field feeding equipment, including the Mobile Kitchen Trailer and Assault Kitchen, reinforces Army food service standards, supports recruiting through media engagement, and delivers innovative, sustainable training applicable to current and future field missions.
During the training the Troops were paid a visit by Maj. Gen. Justin M. Swanson, commanding general of the 377th TSC, and Command Sgt. Maj. Juddiah G. Mooso, who spoke with the Soldiers and expressed their appreciation for their efforts. (U.S. Army Reserve photos by Cpt. William Stroud)
