U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 Jesus Arellano, an air and missile defense systems tactician warrant officer with 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, teaches an Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officer (ADAFCO) course to U.S. Marines with 3rd Littoral Anti-Air Battalion, 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, and U.S. Army soldiers on Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Jan. 15, 2026.
